crock pot bbq pulled pork


1 pork shoulder roast about 2.5 pounds (I actually just used 4 boneless chops)
1 bottle (14 oz) BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 medium onion, chopped
8 hamburger buns or hard rolls

1. Place pork in crock pot slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or high for 5-6 (mine was done in 3.5 because it was less meat)
2. remove roast from crock pot discard any cooking liquid. shred pork with fork. Return pork to pot. add BBQ sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and onion. Cover cook on high 1hr or low 2 hours
3. put pork on buns and...

Side note:
I've been making burp rags...just getting an early start for this little baby.
I loved these with Evan because they worked and they weren't huge and bulky like the other others.
