clean whole wheat pizza crust

We make homemade pizza often and I always use this guilt free crust

2 cups whole wheat flour (I use Bronze Chief, I'm not sure if it's only in Utah or not) 

1 cup warm water

1 tablespoon yeast added to warm water allow to become frothy

1 tablespoon honey

mix it up, let it rise 5-10 min, spread it out, and poke it with a fork.

Bake at 350 and for 7 min.
