It's awesome! I just put olive oil and salt on mine and baked them at 375 for 15 minutes and I had a delish and super healthy snack!

they actually sell Kale already chopped, but I just bought the bunch and chopped it into inch sized pieces and put olive oil, salt, and pepper on them and baked them at 375 for about 10 min until a little crispy and brown on the edges...so yummy! and soo healthy!
